Airport Arrival into Cancun:

• Pass Mexican immigration.

• Pick up your luggage and clear customs.

• After clearing customs, you will exit to a hall, where you will find different booths, please do not stop here.

• Walk all the way to the main gate and exit outside, where you will find Mayaland representatives who will welcome you with a Meyer Distributing sign and take you to your transportation.

IMPORTANT: If you have any schedule changes with your flight prior to departure, you will need to notify both me (brittany@brauntravels.com) and Mayaland Services to amend your pick-up time by calling them direct at (877) 240-5864

Office hours: 7 am – 11 pm.

You can give them your name along with your new flight information so they can make sure to log it in their system. This is to ensure you have transportation once you arrive in Mexico.

Lobby Pickup Times for Departure:

 

Below, you’ll find your departure flight details and time, along with your scheduled lobby pickup time. As a general guideline, pickups are typically scheduled 3-4 hours before your flight. The journey from the resort to the airport can take 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on traffic. This extra time will allow for any unexpected delays.
